MFI was established in 2014, however, our foundation and roots in homebuilding dates back to 1963. Andy Mangano has always kept family at the core of his business and has built his company on integrity, traditional values and a work ethic he learned from his father. Today MFI consists of Andy Mangano, his Son-In-Law Sterling Higgins and his daughter Lisa Smith. Together as a team our passion for building is manifest by our exceptional neighborhoods. All of this has been possible because of our teams commitment to produce a standard of craftsmanship that has withheld the test of time. We know that it is important to change with the times, be current, innovative and understand what is important in todays market. We are proud of our accomplishments over the past 40 years.
